OUR CLIENT: Known for their success in the medium density market, our client is seeking an Experienced Development Draftsperson to join their team! This is an ideal role for an REVIT expert, looking to join a team focussed in concept design & drawings within a fast-paced, results-driven environment. THE ROLE: Reporting to the Development manager your responsibilities will include thorough understanding of medium density residential projects, and not limited to the below: Updating all plans in REVIT Preparation of Concept Design drawings for medium density projects Progressing Concept drawings into full Developer Approved drawings, including siting, roof plans & landscaping. Collaborate closely with the Research & Development team, ensuring the designs are compliant. Ensure designs are compliant with SLHC & liaise with Building Surveyor's where required for regulations. Aim to maximise the design ideas through investigation & initiative with various design & drafting concepts. KEY REQUIREMENTS To be successful in the role, you will have previous experience in residential construction in a similar role: Proven Revit drafting skills and experience. A minimum 3 years experience in a similar role - medium density essential. A strong understanding & design experience using SLHC. Effective communications skills.
